How do I book an appointment

Appointments can be scheduled by contacting us at 1–800–348–9059 or 203–270–8911. Credit card numbers must be provided at the time of booking if multiple services are being booked.

How far in advance do I need to book an appointment?

We recommend booking your treatment(s) in advance to ensure your preferred time is available. We suggest booking 2-4 weeks in advance for multiple Saturday appointments as these times fill up quickly. Single appointments can sometimes be booked quicker.

When should I plan to arrive at the Spa?

If you are a first-time visitor, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment in order to familiarize yourself with our facility. Appointments may be adjusted for late arrivals to ensure on time scheduling for our clientele and compelete your personalized forms.

Are there any health conditions that I should disclose before my appointment?

Your health is of utmost concern to us. If you are pregnant, have high blood pressure or a heart condition, services that involve the application of heat are not advised. This includes the use of steam, and all body wraps. Any allergies, infections, or current use of medications should be discussed with your esthetician or therapist prior to treatment.

What is the cancellation policy?

In order to provide our clients with quality service at all times, all cancellations for a single service require a 24-hour telephone notice. When cancelling multiple services, a 48-hour telephone notice is required or a $50.00 per person charge will be incurred and charged to the credit card or gift certificate on file. Thank you in advance for your cooperation in respecting our cancellation policy.

What spa etiquette should I be aware of during my visit?

For your complete relaxation and comfort as well as that of our other clients, we ask that you please turn off all cell phones and pagers while inside the facility. Our environment promotes tranquility, renewal and wellness and we ask you to respect all spa guests’ right to privacy and serenity.

Are childcare services available?

We are not equipped to offer childcare services. Please make prior arrangements for this care so that you, as well as our other clients can thoroughly relax and let us pamper you.

Do you have a standard pricing policy?

We commit to offering our clients the highest value in state-of-the-art services and treatments. Prices are subject to change.

Are you open to feedback from your clientele?

We are here to provide you with the best in spa service, skin care and skin care products. As a result, we welcome any suggestions or opinions that may help us better serve your needs.
